We started off this week by having a guest speaker from the community teach us about astronomy. Mike Zawaski, professional guide and instructor with Outward Bound West, wilderness medicine instructor, and graduate student, facilitated an interactive presentation called Kinesthetic Astronomy. Students learned about basic astronomy including how the stars, planets, and moon move through space and why the seasons change. Mike, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with the CAP!
