Leadership and Decision Making Initiatives

This morning our class watched an epic documentary called The Endurance, which recounted the attempt by Sir Ernest Shackleton and his crew to complete the first crossing of the Antarctic continent in 1914. This expedition was quite possibly the most dramatic expedition in history; not because the crew accomplished fame and fortune, actually, they achieved neither in their lifetime.
