We are spoiled here in Boulder, Colorado. We bathe in 300+ days of sunshine every year, we are surrounded by stunning views of the flatirons and the majestic Indian Peaks, and we are fortunate to have some of the best climbing and bouldering in the country in our own backyard. But when it is 30 degrees outside and the ice and snow boldly prevent us from climbing outside, we are also privileged to be able to take advantage of world class indoor climbing.

CAP students had the opportunity to go climbing and bouldering at The Spot, which is touted to be “Boulder’s newest climbing gym, and the first in the country to be dedicated to bouldering.” Below Cailin is hanging on for dear life as Ivan and T send her encouraging vibes!

We had an amazing time and wanted to thank Ashley Woods and all of the other staff at The Spot for belaying and cheering us on. If you have not yet climbed at The Spot, drop what you are doing immediately and getting your boulderin’ groove on!
