There is also an optional separate Casita with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area that sleeps up to 4 people. Casa Gaviota is a short 100m walk across a quiet cobble stone street to Punta Burro Beach with a nice surf break and beautiful sandy beach. FLUID COFFEE BAR:

Fluid Coffee Bar Uptown and Downtown quite simply serves the best coffee in Denver! They are also fierce supporters of a triple bottom line way of doing business that prioritizes profit, people, and planet. Each quarter Fluid picks different local nonprofits to support and has chosen Cottonwood Institute numerous times since opening in 2005. As part of their sustainability menu, when guests have their coffee in a “for here” mug or bring their own mug in, Fluid donates a nickel to their quarterly nonprofit fund—and it adds up! MAROON BELL OUTDOOR:

Stay fashionably comfortable with this emerging, Denver-based, outdoor apparel brand. Started by a fourth generation Coloradan, Maroon Bell Outdoor is not using banks or investors for this grass roots startup. They are committed to shifting quality back to the consumer, working with other Denver-based organizations and giving 3% of everything back to four non-profits, including Cottonwood Institute.
