Base Camp Bash Annual Fundraising Event
The Cottonwood Institute is proud to host our 3rd Annual Base Camp Bash Fundraising Event on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 7 - 10pm at the Wynkoop Brewing Company in Lower Downtown Denver and we would like to invite you to participate in this

silent auction to raise money to help underwrite the Community Adventure Program at public schools in the Boulder/Denver area and to help raise money for our Griffith
Scholarship Fund for students to attend our 2008 Summer Courses.
Tickets: Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door and can be purchased directly through the Cottonwood Institute. Your ticket will grant you entrance to our silent auction, live music, free appetizers, fabulous giveaway prizes, and a cash bar! To purchase a ticket, please click the Donate Now button below. In the message area, please write Base Camp Bash and share your information with us so we can add you to the guest list.
If you prefer to buy tickets by mail, please send a check made payable to Cottonwood Institute to: PO Box 7067, Denver, CO 80207 or call 303.447.1076. Once we receive your payment, you will be added to our guest list and this will be considered your RSVP. To walk our talk in terms of environmental sustainability, we will not issue paper tickets.

Music and Entertainment:
- We are excited to feature music from local guitarist Gary Shackelford. You may have seen Gary pickin' his folky tunes at the Boulder Farmer's Market and other venues around town. To preview Gary's music, Click Here.
- We will also feature a short film from the Boulder Adventure Film Festival and DVD's produced by Cottonwood Institute students.
Food and Beverages: Appetizers will be provided by the Wynkoop Brewing Company
and there will be a cash bar. Obviously, you must be 21 to drink, but
if you are under 21, you are still welcome to attend our event. We will
be checking ID's at the door and will provide wrist bands for guests
that are 21 and older.
Environmental Sustainability: To walk our talk in terms of environmental sustainability, the 2008 Base Camp Bash will be a Zero Waste event, which means all of the waste generated by our event will be recycled or composted! In addition, the Green Heart Institute, based in Boulder, Colorado is donating wind credits to help offset our energy use the night of the event. We have a few environmental businesses donating their services to our silent auction, so please check out Eco-Cycle, the Green Heart Institute , and Jacques Environmental Services.
